Facilitating wellness that perpetuates and continues to be passed on through communities
More than 80% of illnesses stem from unhealthy dietary habits and lifestyles, accumulated over years of high stress, inadequate nutrition, inactivity, exposure to toxins, and lack of a supportive social network. Bauman Integrative Wellness aims to equip any organization with the necessary resources to foster such a community, whether it be a school, corporation, Community Health initiative, or reentry program. Through various channels, Bauman Wellness facilitates the dissemination of vital information to those in need, offering a comprehensive five-pronged strategy that can be seamlessly integrated into their existing framework. Our philosophy centers around creating a nurturing educational space where individuals can make informed choices to improve their own well-being or extend that knowledge to others. By embracing the Bauman Integrative Wellness approach, individuals are guided towards reconnecting with their true selves and finding a sense of belonging within a community that appreciates, supports, and nurtures their personal and collective growth.

Wild Heart Farm is always looking to partner wilt locals with larg land areas - for regenerative grazing. By using animals to add fertility to a landscape and push back annual grasses, it is possible to bring back the native perrenial grasses that are better adapted to our ecosystem. This helps hold on to the water that comes in our short-but-intense rainy season.
